The role maintains safe, functional properties through routine repairs, inspections, work-order response, custodial tasks, seasonal upkeep, and accurate maintenance records, traveling between service locations as needed.

What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance and general building repairs
• complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, fixture, and appliance repairs within experience and training
• respond to work orders
• inspect facilities and housing units
• perform custodial duties and seasonal property upkeep
• maintain records
• travel between service locations.
