What you'll do

• Prepare food, smoothies, juices, smoothie bowls, and other menu items according to recipes and standards
• manage ticket flow and service timing
• maintain clean, organized, stocked stations
• rotate between assigned stations
• follow portion, preparation, food safety, sanitation, storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures
• verify order accuracy
• communicate quality, equipment, inventory, and prep concerns
• support teammates during service.
