What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals using portion-control directives
• thaw and store food properly
• review menus and production sheets
• operate and sanitize equipment
• document food and cooler/freezer temperatures
• record substitutions
• maintain cleaning schedules, food labels, rotation, and inventory
• communicate with residents, families, and staff
• participate in quality assurance.
