What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• monitor and record vitals, health changes, and well-being
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with meal preparation, feeding, nutrition, and hydration
• support mobility and safe transfers
• maintain a clean and safe living environment
• communicate client needs and condition changes to supervisors and the care team.
