What you'll do

• Provide clinical counseling in individual, group, and family sessions
• provide clinical supervision as indicated
• participate in multidisciplinary team activities and chart reviews
• support discharge and aftercare planning
• complete discharge summaries and clinical documentation
• review psychosocial documentation
• complete outcome assessments and clinical notes
• guide clinical staff
• perform other assigned duties.
