The Chemical Manufacturing Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Belmont, NC, with compensation of $86,500–$110,000 per year. The supervisor reports to the Phosphates Plant Manager and leads operations producing phosphate products for industrial and environmental applications, including water, air, and soil quality uses. The role drives safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance while developing the Phosphates Technicians team. It oversees production objectives, safety and environmental compliance, process improvement, maintenance priorities, capital projects, and equipment commissioning.

What you'll do

• Lead daily plant operations to meet safety, quality, production, and reliability objectives
• develop and coach Phosphates Technicians
• lead safety, environmental, and compliance initiatives through training, audits, investigations, and improvement efforts
• monitor performance, identify root causes, and implement process improvements
• coordinate maintenance priorities, capital projects, equipment commissioning, and cross-functional initiatives.
