What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on shop machinery and equipment
• troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, edgebanders, dowel machines, and other woodworking equipment
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• maintain maintenance schedules and service records
• coordinate repairs and parts ordering
• work with production staff to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• ensure equipment operates safely and effectively.
