What you'll do

• Learn the clinic and client needs
• collaborate with BCBAs and the multidisciplinary team to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• provide one-on-one therapy in clinic, home, or community settings
• use de-escalation techniques and maintain a safe environment
• collect and analyze progress data
• participate in ongoing training
• communicate with clients, families, and colleagues
• maintain session and progress records.

Why this role
