What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate a team of eight accounting professionals
• own month-, quarter-, and year-end close
• review financial statements, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• deliver variance analyses
• oversee lease accounting, CAM/tax/insurance reconciliations, tenant billing, receivables, security deposits, capital expenditures, and depreciation
• maintain controls and accounting policies
• coordinate external audits
• ensure compliance with lender covenants and tax requirements.
