What you'll do

• Assist the Special Education Teacher with preparing and implementing IEPs
• provide one-on-one or small-group instructional support
• monitor and document student progress
• communicate concerns to the teacher
• assist with classroom management and behavioral interventions
• support social and life skills
• collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
• prepare instructional materials
• maintain confidential student records.
