What you'll do

• Build a commercial prospect pipeline across NYC boroughs and Westchester County
• inspect facilities to identify risk areas
• design and pitch pest-prevention programs and service contracts
• develop relationships with facilities directors, property management executives, and business owners
• meet monthly new-business recurring revenue goals.
