The Speech-Language Pathologist role is onsite at Pheasant Ridge Nursing and Rehab Center in Roanoke, VA. The stated compensation is $48–$53 per hour. What you'll do

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plans of care, and company policies
• support functional independence and quality of life
• complete required documentation
• participate in orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
• collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation to develop the therapy program
• follow infection-control procedures and resident-rights guidelines
• prioritize patient care using sound clinical judgment
• support regulatory compliance.
