What you'll do

• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
• collaborate with families, staff, and speech and occupational therapy partners
• design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems
• conduct parent training and staff professional development
• and use crisis intervention skills to support a safe therapeutic environment.
