The Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Part-Time and Per Diem role is onsite in Wayne, NJ, supporting individuals in their homes and communities. Compensation is $20.25–$23.50 per hour. Accurate progress documentation and attention to health and safety support continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry
• provide companionship and emotional support
• accompany individuals to outings, appointments, and recreational activities
• support service-plan goals
• maintain documentation and progress notes
• help ensure health, safety, and well-being.
