What you'll do

• Audit daily guest accounts and ensure balances are accurate
• prepare management reports and close out the day
• handle guest check-ins and check-outs
• answer phones and take reservations
• assist guests
• set up the breakfast area if needed
• keep the lobby clean and guest-ready
• act as Manager on Duty when leadership is not onsite.
