Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is hybrid, serving families in Brunswick and nearby parts of Frederick County, MD, with pay of $90–$100 per hour. Ahead ABA is an in-home applied behavior analysis team supporting children and families. The analyst conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, supervises and coaches registered behavior technicians, and trains parents and caregivers. Tracking progress and updating goals supports individualized clinical care, with remote time available for parent training, treatment plans, and notes.
