Compensation is $55,000–$70,000 per year. The Warehouse Supervisor, 2nd Shift role is onsite in Glenwillow, OH, on a Sunday–Thursday schedule beginning at 1:30 p.m. and continuing until finish. The position supports Core-Mark’s warehouse operations and its work in the food distribution system. The supervisor coordinates warehouse activity and leads associates to ensure accurate, safe, and productive handling of inventory. The role supports complete order fulfillment, proper stock rotation, and efficient warehouse performance during the assigned shift.

What you'll do

• Coordinate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
• hire, schedule, train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates
• ensure orders are pulled accurately and loaded in stop sequence
• oversee proper stocking and first-in/first-out rotation
• coordinate pick planning with the Warehouse Manager
• use warehouse management systems to analyze productivity and recommend changes
• enforce safety protocols
• secure the building and set alarms after shift if needed.
