Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Deliver KidStrong classes for children from crawling through age 11
• communicate the curriculum to families
• set standards for coaching quality, safety, and member experience
• mentor and provide feedback to coaches
• support onboarding, training, development, and scheduling
• contribute to membership goals, lead follow-up, engagement, and retention
• participate in community outreach
• support daily operations, center cleanliness, safety, and performance goals.
