What you'll do

• Support and supervise program staff with service delivery, documentation, and client issues
• provide therapeutic services as needed
• provide clinical supervision to staff seeking licensure
• administer behavioral and mental health assessments as needed
• train new staff, interns, and foster parents
• ensure documentation and reporting meet funder, contract, and licensing requirements
• provide clinical feedback to stakeholders
• support foster parents
• review program data and goals
• provide crisis intervention guidance
• and participate in on-call scheduling.
