Program Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee residential services and compliance with Person-Centered Support Plans
• supervise, coach, schedule, and support Direct Support Professionals
• respond to staffing shortages, emergencies, and on-call concerns
• monitor service documentation, health needs, medications, safety, and activities
• coordinate healthcare appointments
• maintain individual financial records and reports
• support recruitment, hiring, training, and employee records
• cooperate with audits and regulatory reviews
• ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, applicable laws, and organizational policies.
