What you'll do

• Respond to incoming calls, texts, and emails
• maintain confidential patient files in compliance with HIPAA
• distribute correspondence
• build knowledge of providers, procedures, treatments, and products
• send educational resources and appointment reminders
• schedule patients
• explain financial policies, rewards, discounts, promotions, and financing options
• update patient profiles and assist with portal paperwork
• collaborate with billing and accounting staff
• report adverse patient or provider experiences.
