What you'll do

• Oversee vertical construction for 5–9 projects from permitting through home delivery
• maintain accurate schedules and real-time project status
• coordinate trade partners, material deliveries, and inspections
• enforce construction standards, jurisdictional requirements, and safety practices
• represent the company at job sites
• manage contractors and team members, inspect work, and approve payments
• facilitate weekly safety meetings and complete quality checkpoints.
