Dry Cleaning Customer Service Representative

The Dry Cleaning Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Smithfield, NC, at $13–$15 per hour. Glamorama Cleaners provides garment care, alterations, and laundry services to the Smithfield community. This role supports customers at the counter and helps ensure garments and orders are handled accurately. It contributes to a welcoming service experience through order processing, garment inspection and tagging, payment handling, and responses to customer questions and concerns.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and assist with garment and household-item drop-off and pickup
• inspect and tag garments, noting stains, damage, or care instructions
• process orders using POS or order-management software
• communicate turnaround times, pricing, and services
• handle inquiries and complaints
• maintain the counter and lobby
• process cash, card, and digital payments.
