ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:. Facilitates communication between the patient and the provider. Responsible for rooming patients, obtaining vitals, reviews intake paperwork for completion and prepares the patient for the visit. Assists patients in receiving the appropriate level of care including scheduling patient appointments.
