Diablo BBQ - Coming soon to Lafayette! The Cook is responsible for ensuring that company standards are being met in the non-customer facing areas of our restaurant. Our Cooks play an essential role in delighting every guest. Our Cook s starting hourly rate is $18 - $23/hr. We estimate that our team members will average $9/hr in tips through our tip pool (in addition to hourly wage).
