What you'll do

• Review proposals for scope and cost accuracy
• convert approved scope into work orders
• manage general contractors and specialty trades
• coordinate schedules, suppliers, deliveries, inspections, and permits
• track budgets and margins
• review invoices and change orders
• visit job sites to verify progress, quality, safety, and scope
• complete punch lists and final walkthroughs
• update homeowners
• collaborate with design, sales, and showroom teams.
