The role supports safe, timely infusion care through staff development, clinical oversight, documentation, scheduling, and coordination with operational and clinical leaders.
What you'll do
- Direct, plan, and coordinate nursing services and staffing
- provide and coordinate skilled patient care and physician orders
- select, train, develop, and motivate staff
- oversee orientation, clinical competence, supervisory visits, and evaluations
- ensure timely patient verification, assessment, teaching, scheduling, documentation, and billing
- coordinate with nurse schedulers and clinical coordinators
- participate in service-center planning and policy implementation. Participate in an on-call rotation every other week, including weekends
- drive up to 60 miles one direction to see patients as needed.

Why this role
