What you'll do

• Completes annual competency testing and maintains professional growth and development portfolio.
• Performs job based on applicable federal, state, and local regulations and clinical guidelines.
• Participates in the planning of the department budget and hospital strategic plan.
• Implements policies and procedures related to nutrition care.
• Conducts performance improvement activities for clinical nutrition indicators.
• Provides oversight of the menu management process and reviews all patient menus.
