What you'll do

• Create case studies and technical proof points
• translate technical wins into buyer-facing narratives with Product and Engineering
• own customer onboarding materials and surface early-adoption friction
• create sales enablement assets including proof-of-concept guides, Champion Kits, and master decks
• maintain product guides and a knowledge base
• draft 2–3 technical blog posts per quarter and contribute to newsletter copy
• lead website messaging and support webinars and demand generation.
