Team Member — Line Server

What you'll do

• Set up, stock, and rotate production-line ingredients using FIFO
• flag low ingredients
• portion and plate dishes to consistency and presentation standards while following dietary restrictions
• occasionally deliver dishes to guest tables
• keep the station and dining area clean and sanitized
• restock goods and supplies
• help with online and catering orders and dishwashing when needed
• support the team during peak periods.
