What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions
• build stakeholder relationships
• use existing Learning & Development platforms and content
• provide candid verbal and written feedback to participants
• coach National Field Trainers
• adapt coaching to participant skill levels
• develop guest and rotational trainers
• integrate training activities into brand team plans
• lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned
• support onboarding, development, and mentorship of other trainers.
