What you'll do

• Process referrals and inquiries, explain services, complete intake documentation, and follow up with leads. Schedule and conduct in-home assessments and supervisory visits
• develop and update plans of care
• build schedules and match caregivers to shifts
• monitor time records and telephony logs
• support accurate payroll and billing records
• orient caregivers and maintain employee files
• conduct client follow-up calls and home visits
• maintain audit-ready documentation
• and prepare reports. Regular travel in Adams, Franklin, and Cumberland Counties is expected.
