Installation Lead/Manager

The Installation Lead/Manager works onsite in Apopka, FL; pay is $100,000 per year. The role receives production direction from the Project Manager and Installation Manager. The lead performs hands-on installation while directing and teaching installation teams, ensuring carpentry and installation work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to company quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead installation teams on job sites and perform hands-on installation
• teach and direct team members
• interpret sketches, blueprints, shop and architectural drawings, work orders, and verbal instructions
• measure materials and make onsite adjustments
• plan work and manage priorities to meet deadlines
• maintain inventory of assigned materials, hardware, and equipment
• care for company materials and equipment
• maintain a clean, organized, efficient, and safe work area
• complete varied projects using experience and judgment.
