What you'll do

• Greet visitors and contact the appropriate person
• answer and direct calls and distribute messages
• manage mail and packages
• accept and communicate transportation requests
• understand emergency procedures and alarm systems and serve as point of contact during emergencies until relieved
• document and distribute work requests and follow up
• maintain contact information, out-of-town lists, and key logs
• assist the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks
• attend required training
• report suspected elder abuse, mistreatment, or neglect.
