What you'll do
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
- serve meals and beverages
- follow resident dietary restrictions and preferences and maintain records of special requirements
- clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
- report resident concerns or condition changes
- assist with food inventory and collaborate with dietary staff, nurses, and caregivers.
