What you'll do

• Facilitate scheduled life engagement activities in conjunction with residents’ Negotiated Service Agreements
• provide programming feedback and recommendations to the Life Engagement Director
• observe resident satisfaction and seek family feedback
• communicate program successes and challenges to leadership and families
• educate residents, families, leaders, and team members about life engagement
• serve as a resource for informal engagement activities.
