Corporate Quality Assurance Manager

The Corporate Quality Assurance Manager role is onsite in Irvine, California, with travel to plant locations nationwide. Compensation is $125,000–$160,000 per year. Prudential Overall Supply provides uniform and textile rental solutions and related services to businesses. The manager leads and improves the enterprise Quality Management System across ISO-certified facilities, supporting cleanroom and life-science services. The role ensures standards and customer requirements are met, leads audit readiness and corrective actions, and works with operations and other teams to standardize quality practices across facilities.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise QMS
• ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal policies, and customer requirements
• prepare for and support internal, certification, and customer audits
• analyze quality data and risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• develop quality programs and procedures
• partner with Operations and Engineering
• mentor quality team members and plant-level QA leaders
• support supplier quality
• travel to plants for leadership, coaching, training, and audit support.
