• Welcome customers and help them find new or pre-owned vehicles
• learn Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles and their features
• conduct demonstrations and assist with test drives
• build customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals
• follow up with prospective customers
• work with sales management toward individual performance goals
• provide a professional customer experience.
