The Mill Operator role is onsite in Willmar, MN, on a day schedule of 7 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday, with a Saturday rotation depending on needs. What you'll do

• Ensure feed is batched and pelleted correctly
• ensure medication and downstream ingredients are applied correctly
• store finished feed correctly
• fill bins with the correct bagged ingredients
• complete housekeeping and preventive maintenance
• complete logs according to SQF code
• operate machinery safely and in compliance with company and OSHA guidelines
• provide customer service.
