What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end RFP responses and submissions, including meetings, data collection, editing, premises plans, and document redlines
• compile and edit content into cohesive materials
• collaborate across internal teams on RFPs, marketing packages, and presentations
• maintain proposal files, collateral, market activity, tour and proposal data, and dashboards
• build relationships with brokerage teams and external partners
• travel to projects, brokerage events, and market intelligence meetings.
