What you'll do

• Assist with store sales, expense, profit, transaction, and Ecommerce goals
• support merchandising and merchandise production
• maintain a safe, clean, organized store
• support customer and donor relations
• prepare reports and documentation, conduct inspections, and monitor expenses
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• oversee store operations during the Store Manager’s absence
• work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
