Technical Sourcing Recruiter

The Technical Sourcing Recruiter role is onsite five days a week in Plano, TX, with work hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Source and engage passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, and other methods
• manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
• partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies and market insights
• build talent pipelines
• screen candidates
• maintain applicant tracking system accuracy and workflows
• support diversity recruiting
• report metrics and identify improvements
• participate in talent acquisition initiatives.
