• Manage mid-sized commercial property and casualty accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and client satisfaction
• advise on coverage analysis, risk exposures, policy changes, and claims handling
• quote and market new and renewal business through carrier relationships and rating platforms
• collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carrier partners
• maintain organized documentation
• respond to client inquiries and resolve issues
• mentor or assist junior team members when needed.
