Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager role is onsite in Nahant, Massachusetts, with pay of $31–$35 per hour. The role partners with the Branch Service Officer to support Reading Cooperative Bank branch performance and customer experience. The assistant manager helps oversee daily operations, compliance, cash management, customer service, and staff development. The role also supports relationship banking and business development while assuming responsibility for branch operations when the Branch Service Officer is unavailable.
