The role coordinates with foster parents and program staff to meet each child’s individual needs and maintain safety.

What you'll do

• Supervise and care for youth
• support daily routines, including meals, schoolwork, recreation, hygiene, and bedtime
• engage youth in therapeutic and recreational activities
• use trauma-informed care and agency-approved de-escalation techniques
• document observations and incidents
• coordinate care with foster parents and staff
• support scheduled family and sibling visits
• participate in training, team meetings, and reflective supervision.
