What you'll do

• Prepare and review partnership returns and Schedules K-1 for institutional venture capital and private equity funds
• perform book-to-tax adjustments
• validate partner allocation schedules and capital account rollforwards
• reconcile prior-year returns and data
• prepare multi-state, composite, and foreign partner withholding filings
• answer institutional GP and LP questions
• test platform functionality with Engineering
• identify opportunities to improve processes with AI and automation.
