What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food with attractive plate presentation
• follow menu recipes, preparation, plating, garnishment, portion, and special-handling instructions
• maintain first-in/first-out inventory and date incoming products
• stock service lines and storage
• clean work surfaces, equipment, and food storage areas.
