What you'll do

• Collect used kitchenware, utensils, and dishes
• operate and unload dishwashing machines
• hand-wash large or delicate items as needed
• sanitize, organize, and stock clean items
• monitor cleaning supplies and notify a supervisor when stock is low
• report equipment or sanitation issues
• remove garbage, recyclables, and compost
• clean assigned kitchen areas, storage spaces, and restrooms
• follow food safety, chemical handling, labeling, and PPE procedures
• support kitchen staff during peak service.
