What you'll do

• Advise on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, high-yield debt offerings, SPAC transactions, liability management exercises, project bonds, securities law, and corporate governance matters
• manage transaction workstreams
• coordinate diligence and disclosure processes
• draft and negotiate transaction documents
• work with clients, investment banks, accountants, and opposing counsel
• handle multiple matters and deadlines.
