What you'll do

• Provide individualized care under Registered Nurse supervision
• assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, meals, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and other care-plan needs
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• answer call bells
• perform assigned vital signs, weights, and specimen collection
• document activities of daily living
• follow safety and infection-control procedures
• support resident orientation and activities.
